1.

W przeciwienstwie do niedawno opublikowanych doniesien, panu Jacksonowi nie grozi utrata katalogu ATV, ani tez nie zamierza on go sprzedac.

Sprawa, ktora wkrotce zajma sie adwokaci Michaela Jacksona.

(...)Here’s what Friedman wrote Thursday in response:

Bain still lies like a rug about Jackson. She seems constitutionally unable to tell the truth. Last summer, she called this reporter to say that she had proof people had conspired to ruin Jackson and bankrupt him. She could not say who they were, but she would in time, and it would be "a big story." That was the last we heard about that.

In the last year, Bain and Jackson's children's nanny, Grace Rwaramba, have taken over Jackson's life, finances and career. His family and friends claim they have isolated the singer from them. His parents have been made to wait for hours to see him in Las Vegas. Former friends have been threatened.

Meanwhile, Jackson's finances remain precarious as ever. On Friday his lease runs out on a Vegas mansion. He will move, but probably not to the luxury condo the nanny has gotten for herself in Vegas with his money.

Jackson has recently settled a lawsuit brought by Prescient Capital for $5 million. During the volley between the lawyers on both sides, Jackson's crack legal team included in an answer his financial agreements pertaining to his 50 percent ownership of Sony/ATV Music Publishing.

It was in these papers that we discovered a piece of paper entitled "Liquidation Sale," which outlined a plan by which Jackson will sell his piece of the company to Sony on May 31, 2008. Included in the papers was another letter, evaluating Jackson's position in regard to the liquidation sale from famed law firm White & Case.

Bain says in her press release that "reports regarding [Jackson's finances] are ludicrous, without merit, and are being written without sufficient personal financial information to make such an unwarranted pronouncement." Sadly, Bain is wrong. Thanks to Jackson's incredibly litigious nature, there are reams and reams of paper available to the public in courthouses all over the country that outline his personal finances. Perhaps she should read them.

Including the child molestation trial, and also embracing his "spider bite trial," the lawsuit brought by Marc Schaffel, and more recently Prescient, it's easy to figure out that come next year, Jackson's finances will be in shambles.

Bain is apparently unaware that when Sony pays him for the Beatles, he will then have to pay off his $325 million in loans to Fortress Investments. Fortress, a New York hedge fund, recently became a publicly traded company, so more information will be available. It won't be pretty.

What Bain fails to realize is that her stewardship of Jackson has been the most disastrous of all the ones that preceded her. Once the King of Pop, Jackson now has little standing in show business beyond his core fans. The average person has lost interest in him, perceiving him as a freak with an odd proclivity for children.

Bain says in her statement that Jackson is "putting the finishing touches on his music." Really? Insiders say Jackson has done nothing in this arena at all and that a new album is unlikely. We will believe it when we hear it, and not a moment sooner.

odpowiedź Raymone:

An on-going feud with a Fox News reporter has led Michael Jackson’s manager to reveal the star’s future plans exclusively to MJStar.

Jackson’s manager, Raymone Bain, has spent the past few days wrangling with Fox News reporter Roger Friedman.

Friedman alleged in a column on Wednesday that Jackson had fabricated claims that he was working on a new album, claiming the the star was actually bed-ridden and addicted to painkillers.

The infamous columnist, despised amongst Jackson’s online fan community, further alleged that Jackson would be forced to sell his half of the notorious Beatles Catalogue within the next year.

Bain swiftly released a counter-statement claiming Jackson had no intention of selling the catalogue. She added that Jackson was not bed-ridden and was, in fact, putting the finishing touches on new music.

Bain concluded her statement with the threat of legal action.

Today saw Friedman attack Bain once more, labelling her a liar and claiming his allegations were supported by legal documents he had obtained.

Speaking exclusively to MJStar this afternoon, Bain responded to Friedman’s attack with the following statement:

“[Roger] could do no more than to create a subterfuge. I stand by my release. If you go back and look at Roger’s past reports, he defended me, now he attacks me…I expected it.”

When quizzed by MJStar as to the true status of Jackson’s new album, Ms Bain exclusively revealed;

“He is going to release several singles prior to the album being released. He’s finishing up the first 3-4 now.”

She added that these singles will be released before the end of 2007.

MJStar asked whether Jackson would promote these singles with either music videos or live performances.

As yet, Bain has declined to comment…

mowiąc krótko:
-Michael nie jest przykuty do łóżka
-Nie jest uzależniony od leków przeciwbólowych
-Kończy pracę nad albumem
-Nie sprzeda połowy swojego katalogu
-Roger Friedman jest skończonym kretynem
czyli nic nowego.

Shannon z MJNO umieściła taką odpowiedź R. Bain w sprawie artkulu MJStar:
Hello, just got it sorry I was at dinner...from Raymone in reference to a post made at KOP...

"This person asked me if* I CALLED MJ Star.* I told him/her that I did not.
*
I responded to MJ Star via email based on an inquiry...just a response.
*
I did not conduct an interview nor was I aware that what I sent as
a response, would be represented as an interview.
*
However, I did not say to this person that my comments were a lie.
MJ Star, whoever they are, made no mistakes with regards to
my response to him/her/them."

*
Best.

A oto rezultat walki z mediami:

7angle z MJJForum:

"Three days ago while logging in biggest Russia based e-mail/news portal I had one the most unpleasent and shocking moments one could imagine-in the Hot Line news section I noticed banner with title "Detail of Michael Jackson death".This link took me to the online version of one of the most popular tabloid in Russia/Ukraine/CIS-KP or Komsomolskya Pravda(www.kp.ru).I am not going to post translation of that crap here-only imagine that it was much more terrible as any of RF lies.
I made all possible to inform about it all MJ fans, especcially Russian speaking, and organisations like TOI.I replied at their blog and then send to their editor Bain press-release
.Many fans also began to complain and post simular info at their feedback forms.
What is funny-I got e-mail from their editor yesterday-it seemed that they really afraid of legal problem.
He send me this link http://www.kp.ru/online/news/28820/-new article now based on Bain statement, they translated the article from http://thecelebritytruth.com/michael-ja ... mors/00131
He told me that they are not guilty in this rumour ,that they took the info from Fox news. But the truth is that they wil never post the right information,if we never send it to them."

kolejny ruch Raymone:

Raymone napisala list z zazaleniem do portalu EUR, ktory w srode podal falszywe informacje o Michaelu Jacksonie cytujac Rogera Friedmana z Fox News. Kwestie te Michael omowil osobiscie z organizatorka Debra Lee.

MIJAC’S REP RAYMONE BAIN IS UPSET: Letter to Lee Bailey addresses yesterday’s story regarding BET and Md/Va house hunting.

Although EUR is just the messenger, Raymone K. Bain is too through with our passing along what she has described as “misinformation” from Fox.com columnist Roger Friedman regarding her client, Michael Jackson.

On Wednesday, we mentioned Friedman’s column about Jackson’s invitation to attend the recent BET Award ceremony for a special “Thriller” album tribute and to present his mentor Diana Ross with her Lifetime Achievement Award.

Friedman said plans fell through because Jackson was “too incapacitated to appear.”

In a letter to EUR’s Lee Bailey, Bain says Jackson had conversations with the network about attending the ceremony, but the information “being disseminated in the media with regards to Mr. Jackson's invitation …is false. We cannot understand why anyone affiliated with the program would deliberately misrepresent the facts or attempt to defame Mr. Jackson.”

“Mr. Jackson spoke personally to BET CEO Debra Lee regarding his invitation to attend the ceremony,” Bain tells EUR. “Mr. Jackson respects BET and was one of the first recording artists to DEMAND that his record company cooperate with, at the time, a newly established network.”

As for Friedman’s reports that Jackson is moving to a rental home in Virginia, Bain says: “Mr. Jackson is not "relocating" to the East Coast, he is merely looking for a vacation home; and, as I have indicated, his search is not limited to a particular region at this time.”

The Washington Post reported Wednesday that the King of Pop and his three kids spent about “24 hours” on Maryland’s Eastern Shore last week scouting rental properties.

"He's always admired the properties on the East Coast because they have a lot of land," Bain explained to the Post. "Neverland has 3,000 acres—he likes privacy. You can't find as many properties like that on the West Coast."

Bain also confirmed to the Post Friedman’s notion that Jackson was headed east to be closer to the majority of his advisers and attorneys. But she also said what she later reaffirmed to EUR – that any new home in the area would be strictly a vacation spot for Jackson.

Wiec dodam pare rzeczy do uzupelnienia:

http://www.forum.mjpolishteam.pl/viewtopic.php?t=3378

2.Podobno widziano go rowniez w Manassas w stanie Virginia.
http://www.forum.mjpolishteam.pl/viewtopic.php?t=3365

3. Friedman to kretyn i klamca. :diabel2:

Reszta to kwestia logicznego myslenia.
